Specific duties include managing all potential customer calls; provide thorough quotations and coordination with internal resources to meet the service needs in an accurate and timely manner; meet sales projections on assigned accounts while maintaining budgeted profit margin; increasing margins whenever possible; develop job costs and bid estimates that are accurate and concise adhering to the Inland project management process using approved forms, estimating programs and pricing software to meet both customer and profitability expectations Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities from existing assigned customers.
